DESCRIPTION:On September 28\, runners can embrace fall with Negative Split’s second Hiawatha Trail Run\, a breathtaking race starting near Lookout Pass (Exit 5 at Taft\, Montana). Participants will run through historic railroad tunnels by headlight and cross trestles offering stunning views of forests\, waterfalls and wildlife. With marathon\, half marathon and 10k distances to choose from\, this unique race takes place on the Trail of the Hiawatha. All finishers receive a coveted Hiawatha Trail finisher shirt and custom medal\, chip timing\, and post-race food. Race times begin at 7am (marathon\, early start)\, 9am (marathon\, regular start)\, 9:30am (half marathon) and 10am (10k). All course close at 2pm.
