North Idaho College 1000 Garden Ave, Coeur d alene, IDArt on the Green is an arts and crafts outdoor festival sponsored by Citizens' Council for the Arts, a non-profit corporation of interested volunteers formed to encourage and promote the arts. Fees and commissions help to pay the costs of the festival. Active participation by all interested members of the community is invited and encouraged.
