Hospice of North Idaho’s Grief in the Holidays Workshop

Presented by Hospice of North Idaho, the Grief in the Holidays Workshop offers a supportive space for those who are grieving to acknowledge how loss may affect their holiday season. This workshop helps attendees develop a plan for managing grief amidst holiday expectations, with an emphasis on self-care and a creative “plan B” if needed. The event will be held on Thursday, November 14, from 5 to 7pm, at Hospice of North Idaho’s Community Service Building. This is a free workshop, though registration is required.
