Chef Troy returns to The Culinary Stone kitchen, and he’s bringing Ponzu Quail Egg Shooters with him! After everyone takes a shot to start the night, he’ll show you how to create a traditional Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Poke. Chef Troy will guide you as everyone makes their own Sushi Musubi, using Hawaii’s beloved Teriyaki-Marinated Spam. But wait, there’s more! He will finish this festive evening with a Grilled Pineapple Coconut Shrimp Futomaki Roll. The class is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30pm on Thursday, October 10. Price is $85 per seat.
