Cooking Class: Pie Season Kick-Off with Chef K

The perfect pie crust can be hard to master! Join Chef K at The Culinary Stone from 5:30 to 7:30pm on Monday, September 30, as she teaches the key steps and ingredients to making pie crust from scratch. The night will be filled with three fabulous pies, starting with the heavenly Chicken Pot Pie. Next, Chef K will introduce guests to the Traditional Apple Pie … a favorite during North Idaho’s chilly fall days. The night wouldn’t be complete without a Chocolate Cream Pie!
