Chef Ricky Sawyer is a BBQ champion, and The Culinary Stone is fortunate to have him join them for a big Texas feast from 5:30 to 7:30pm on Tuesday, September 24! To start the night, Chef Ricky will be making Moink Balls, beef and pork wrapped in bacon and smoked with okra. The main course will be a perfectly smoked Brisket with Hash Brown Casserole.
