Cooking Class: Wild Elk with Chef Troy

Join Chef Troy from 5:30 to 7:30pm on Thursday, September 26, at The Culinary Stone for an evening of wild game as he prepares wild elk. The evening will start with a Field Greens Salad, where you will learn how to make a Huckleberry Vinaigrette. Then Chef Troy will show you how to create a high-end Elk Meatloaf glazed with a Juniper Berry Ketchup that he calls “country pâté.” This unique meal with be accompanies with Roasted Garlic Mashed Idaho Potatoes and Sautéed Red Wine Kale.
