Cooking Class: Summertime Celebration with Chef Kim

Join Chef Kim Lehr on Tuesday, June 10, for her Summer Celebration class featuring … tomatoes! To start the night, Chef Kim will prepare an Heirloom Tomato Salad with burrata, sourdough crostini, and basil oil. For the main course, enjoy a Smoky Blue Tomato Tart with Lemony Arugula Salad, Lardon, and Pickled Red Onion. To close out the evening, something sweet! Lavender and Almond Shortbread with Lemon Curd. he class begins promptly at 6pm, with doors opening 15 minutes prior, at the GreenTent Station Event Center in Coeur d’Alene.
