Vietnamese Night with Chef Lesa

Join Chef Lesa LeBeau on Tuesday, June 3, for a wonderful evening filled with bright flavors, spices and seasonings. To open the evening, Chef Lesa will begin the class with a Crispy Rice Paper Dumpling with sauce. The main course will be her famous Pho Ga, Chicken-Based Soup with Fresh Herbs and Bean Sprouts.
