From 5:30 to 10pm on Saturday, February 22, delight in live Mariachi music, Flamenco and Folklorico performances, and dance the night away with a live Latino DJ. Bid in the live and silent auctions, savor a delicious dinner, and connect with others who are passionate about making a difference. Your participation helps Nuestras Raíces continue its mission to empower the Hispanic and Latino community and those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. My name is Jillian, and I have been an editor and writer here in Coeur d’Alene since 2006, during which time I’ve had the opportunity to work for nine publications across North Idaho, into Spokane and as far as Gig Harbor, Washington.
