North Idaho Wine Society is pleased to have J Bookwalter wines as its guest winery in May at the beautiful Hayden Lake Country Club. Experience the art of food and wine pairing, with each course developed by Executive Chef Deborah Ealantifex to complement a specific wine specially selected for this annual event. Ed Holmes, the J Bookwalter national sales director, will be providing information about each wine, plus sharing how Jerry Bookwalter helped to develop some of the state’s historic vineyards and how his son, John, has established top-tier winemaking practices using some of the states most desired vineyards that result in highly rated wines year after year.
Tickets are on sale now via EventBrite.com. This is a limited seating event, so don’t delay purchasing your tickets. Pricing is $125 for members and $150 for non-members. Deadline to RSVP is April 28.

My name is Jillian, and I have been an editor and writer here in Coeur d’Alene since 2006, during which time I’ve had the opportunity to work for nine publications across North Idaho, into Spokane and as far as Gig Harbor, Washington. I am grateful to have the opportunity to now focus all my attention, energy and passion on my local community, finding and sharing heartfelt stories, spotlighting the incredible people, showcasing local businesses, organizations and nonprofits, and of course highlighting the many wonderful events our area has to offer.
