4th Annual CDAIDE Chef Challenge

Watch. Drink. Taste. Get your tickets today for an evening of culinary delights, sampling and voting on appetizers from six local top chefs who will compete for the Chef Challenge title in a live elimination cooking contest. There will also be a buffet dinner provided by Shooters, and drinks, all in the unique atmosphere that only the Hagadone Event Center can provide. Hospice of North Idaho’s 43rd Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony

Hospice of North Idaho invites the community bereaved to join in the 43rd Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, a cherished tradition that offers space for reflection on the loss of loved ones. This heartfelt event held on December 12 includes special readings, poems, live music, and the symbolic lighting of trees and candles. Attendees will also take part in a special memorial walk, complete with warm beverages, sweet treats, and a keepsake ornament. They are offering two ceremony times: 4:30pm and 6pm. Set in turn-of-the-century New York City, Newsies is the rousing tale of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy and leader of a band of teenaged “newsies.” When titans of publishing raise distribution prices at the newsboys’ expense, Jack rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions and fight for what’s right!
