Join Chef Lesa for a fantastic night from 5:30 to 7:30pm on Tuesday, October 29, featuring beautiful fall cuisine from Tuscany. The first dish will be a hearty White Bean Soup with root vegetables, kale, sausage and more! For the main course, Chef Lesa will show you how to make Tuscan Chicken braised in wine, served with a creamy sauce and fresh pasta. For dessert, Limoncello Cake! Price is $75 per seat. Cooking Class: Wild Deer with Chef Troy

It’s hunting season, and Chef Troy is ready for it! To start, he’ll create a spicy Arugula Salad with cherry tomatoes, shaved manchego cheese, roasted pine nuts and a citrus vinaigrette. Chef Troy will demonstrate how to work with cuts of wild game, creating pan-seared Venison Medallions with a merlot demi-glace paired with a Scalloped Potato Galette, Caramelized Forest Mushroom and Onion Sauté. Cooking Class: Kids Spooky Baking Class with Chef K

It’s time to bring the kiddos to The Culinary Stone for a fun Saturday afternoon baking Halloween treats from 2 to 4pm on October 19! Chef K will teach your young ghosts and goblins how to make Frankenstein Cupcakes and Tombstone Brownies. They’ll also learn scary good recipes for Rice Crispy Treats and Dirt Cake. Special Tasting Event: Valley of the Moon with The Wine Maven

Sonoma Valley, California, also known as Valley of the Moon, has a long and storied history of winemaking. Located north of San Francisco and bordering the Pacific coastline, this region has a varied climate and geological conditions producing a vast diversity of wines. Come sample a selection of wines from this historic region, ranging from light and refreshing white wines to rich and full-bodied reds, while learning more about the history of this fascinating valley.

Don’t miss this tasting event from 5 to 7pm on Friday, October 18.  The Wine Maven will have a Welcome Wine Cocktail with spicy autumn flavors. She’ll even share the recipe for you to try at home for your upcoming holiday parties. Chef Troy returns to The Culinary Stone kitchen, and he’s bringing Ponzu Quail Egg Shooters with him! After everyone takes a shot to start the night, he’ll show you how to create a traditional Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Poke. Chef Troy will guide you as everyone makes their own Sushi Musubi, using Hawaii’s beloved Teriyaki-Marinated Spam. But wait, there’s more! He will finish this festive evening with a Grilled Pineapple Coconut Shrimp Futomaki Roll. The class is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30pm on Thursday, October 10. Price is $85 per seat.
