Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 7, for the annual Hayden Lights Parade & Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, sponsored by P1FCU. There will be free hot cocoa, refreshments and cookies available, Christmas music by the Special Choruses of Hayden-area elementary schools, and a visit from Santa after the lighting ceremony in the Council Chambers. The parade starts at 5pm along Government Way (Hayden Avenue to Honeysuckle Avenue), with the tree lighting ceremony happening immediately following the parade at McIntire Family Park.
