It’s hunting season, and Chef Troy is ready for it! To start, he’ll create a spicy Arugula Salad with cherry tomatoes, shaved manchego cheese, roasted pine nuts and a citrus vinaigrette. Chef Troy will demonstrate how to work with cuts of wild game, creating pan-seared Venison Medallions with a merlot demi-glace paired with a Scalloped Potato Galette, Caramelized Forest Mushroom and Onion Sauté. Chef Troy will guide you as everyone makes their own Sushi Musubi, using Hawaii’s beloved Teriyaki-Marinated Spam. But wait, there’s more!
