An Evening in Hungary with Chef Lesa
Join Chef Lesa for this comfort food-filled night featuring Hungarian cuisine. The dinner will begin with a Shopska Salad, crisp and fresh with cucumber and fresh veggies with a bright dressing. The main course will be Chicken Paprikash, an authentic creamy dish with tender chicken, peppers and paprika. Served with this dish will be Nokedli, a handmade noodle.

Fall Flavors with Chef Troy
Celebrate the flavors of fall with Chef Troy with a high-end three-course meal on Thursday, October 16! Chef Troy is back and ready to cook up some hearty seasonal cuisine! He’ll start with a twist on the classic Butternut Squash Bisque … a Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Bisque with Green Bluff apples scented with the exotic spice, Garam Masala. Chef Troy will then demonstrate how to tunnel bone a game bird (Quail) and roast it with an Elk-Cranberry Cornbread Stuffing, which will be served with a medley of Earthy Root Vegetables. To finish this warm fall night, he’ll create the perfectly sweet Pumpkin Crème BrĂ»lĂ©e laced with a Bourbon cream. Summer is over. Let’s celebrate cozy.
