Classes are limited this month due to private party bookings, so be sure to book your seat today for one (or more!) of these entertaining, and delicious, culinary events, before they sell out. All classes begin promptly at 6pm, with doors opening 15 minutes prior, at the GreenTent Station Event Center (2775 North Howard Street) in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Journey through Vietnam
Chef Lesa is back with her most requested class … Vietnamese Cuisine. The first dish will be a traditional Banh Mi sandwich – roasted pork, pickled veggies, all on a crusty roll. The main course will be Pho Ga’, a spiced chicken soup over rice noodles and garnished with fresh herbs. All steps will be taught in class. For dessert you will enjoy a traditional Rice Pudding made with coconut cream and topped with fresh mango.

Chocolate Decadence
Join chef Lesa for a really fun night creating candy magic! You will make the trendy Dubai chocolate bar from scratch, and the chef will send you home with your own mold to make that bar as a lovely Christmas gift! Next you will make peppermint and nutty candy bark. The last treat will be homemade licorice!

Canadian Christmas
Canadian Christmas! Celebrate this 10-year tradition, where Chef Lesa will be making her holiday favorites! You will learn how to make Pierogies, potato, cheddar and sauerkraut cooked in butter and onions, topped with sour cream and dill. The main course will be Tourtiere, a flaky meat pie with a lovely gravy. For dessert is always Chef Lesa’s Grandma’s British Shortbread.
