At The Chef’s Table CdA, we believe cooking is about more than recipes. It’s about slowing the pace, savoring the process and enjoying the conversations that naturally unfold around the table. February invites us to lean into those simple pleasures, and our classes offer a warm, welcoming space to do just that.

Hands-On Pasta Making
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join Chef Lesa on Thursday, February 5, as she teaches you about all the basics of pasta making. She will help guide you on how to make a Ricotta Portobello filled Ravioli tossed in a vodka sauce. You will also learn to make Linguine tossed in a Lemon Beurre Blanc. Guests can make pasta or observe and enjoy the results! This class sells quickly and is limited due to being interactive!

Buddha Bowls are Back!
Tired of comfort food? Chef Lesa will create 3 different high-protein, low-fat bowls using organic proteins and veggies, no seed oils. There will be a Greek Bowl with chicken, greens and goodies tossed with a Tahini Dressing. The next bowl is Asian with salmon, edamame cabbage and a ginger citrus dressing. The last bowl is a Tex-Mex with grilled steak, beans and crisp veg topped with a Creamy Cilantro Dressing.

Homesteading Creations
Chef Lesa has been creating her own condiments and many of those pricey store-bought staples … and she wants to share her secrets with you! She will show you how to make your own butter, cream cheese, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and more, using good oils and natural ingredients. Chef Lesa will also make sourdough bread from a starter. Guests will be invited to participate during the class!

The Exotic Flavors of India
Join chef Lesa for an evening filled with warm spices and dishes of India. To start your evening, Chef Lesa will make a Chaat Salad with garbanzo beans, cucumber and veggies with a bright dressing. Naan will be made, with yogurt and ghee to enjoy with your meal. The main course will be Saag Aloo, a potato and spinach curry with a lovely mango chutney!
