Thao One On!
Thai has been requested many times, and Chef Lesa is making it happen! To start the night, Chef will make a fresh and zesty Mango Salad. The next dish is a Thai Curry Puff using puff pastry filled with ground chicken, veggies and spices. Last, but not least, is Thai Coconut Shrimp Curry. This dish is full of spice, a bit of heat and veggies.

Portuguese Cuisine
Discover the lovely flavors of Portugal. To start the class, you will enjoy Croquettes de Carne, a beef-filled pastry deep fried and full of flavor. For dessert you will love the Portuguese Coconut Cake filled with fresh grated coconut, moist and heavenly.

This class is filled with warm spices and big flavors! To start the evening, Chef Lesa will make Tabbouleh, a salad with bulgur, veggies and a bright dressing. The next dish is a Borek Spiral, a circular pastry filled with spiced beef and potato. For dessert you will adore the Turkish Revani, a moist cake soaked in honey with a crunchy pistachio topping!
